By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive work-related SMS messages from your employer and/or companies contracted by your employer to provide business-related services and communications.

Messages may include safety training and company culture videos, workplace updates, weekly feedback check-ins, clock-out reminders, and other employment-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP”. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. For assistance, reply “HELP” for help or contact hello@formativ.work.

SMS communications are intended solely for legitimate work-related purposes and will not be used for unrelated marketing or promotional communications.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
